It was nearly midnight when my phone rang. It was a friend of mine who said to me: 'Go to Via Ponchielli, something bad is happening'. I was brought up in that tiny street and my father Mario, 90, was still in one of three family houses. In 2007, I moved out Via Ponchielli because I needed a big garden for my dogs. Since then, I rented out the other houses to two families. A Moroccan family was living in one of them. they were sit at the table when the explosion occurred. Only their daughter survived because she was not there. She has just got married to a compatriot. She is copying with her loss. She is the only survivor of all her family.
